What we collect
When you create a ReachAlly account or fill out a survey, we collect your email address and any answers you provide to our questions (outreach volume, current tool, biggest concern).
We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via Cloudflare. We use no third-party analytics trackers beyond what Cloudflare provides at the infrastructure level.
How we use it
We use your email address to:
- Send you a confirmation when you create an account
- Follow up with a short survey (once) about your LinkedIn outreach workflow
- Send you product updates and tips
We use survey responses to shape the product. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate this site:
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Apollo.io — customer relationship management
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and CDN
- cal.com — optional discovery call scheduling
Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Your data and the desktop application
ReachAlly is a local-first desktop application. Your LinkedIn session cookies, credentials, and campaign data stay on your machine. The desktop app does not transmit your LinkedIn data to our servers.
If you use the optional cloud hybrid mode (Pro plan), outreach actions are routed through a static residential IP assigned to your account. Your LinkedIn credentials remain local even in hybrid mode.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from all emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. To request deletion of your data, email us at privacy@reachally.app.
Cookies
We set a single cookie for dark/light mode preference. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
